James Brendan Ryan

Counselor, LMHC, CAS, NCC, DCC

James Brendan Ryan has over 30 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings. His work includes supporting teens with emotional regulation, ADHD-related challenges, depression, and family-related concerns.

Alongside clinical work, he has spent more than 20 years coaching high school athletes, an experience that informs his structured, supportive approach with teens and young adults.

I have a strong focus on helping teens develop healthy anger management skills.
